Photo Booth Rental FAQs
Renting a camper for a party comes with a few questions. Here are the ones we hear most.

The Camper at Your Event
Will the camper fit at my venue?
Most likely. The camper needs a spot 17 feet long and 8 feet wide, which includes the trailer tongue and the spare tire on the back. Plan on an extra 6 inches each way to be safe. Send us your venue and we’ll tell you if it works.
How much room does the line need?
20 to 30 feet in front of the door is nice to have. We’ve made it work with 10.
What can you park on?
Any surface works: pavement, grass, gravel, a driveway. A light slope is fine, but the flatter the better.
Does the camper work indoors?
Yes. If your venue is used to trucks pulling inside, we’ll fit. Floor protection is up to you and your venue.
Does it work in winter?
Yes. We run space heaters when it’s cold and AC when it’s hot, so it’s comfortable inside all year. Rain and snow don’t stop us either. The one thing to plan for is your guests waiting in line, so in rough weather, it helps to park us near some cover.
Do you need power?
Yes. We plug in at your venue. If there’s no outlet close by, let us know, and we’ll bring our generator.
How many people fit inside?
More than you’d think. We’ve fit 15 to 20 people at once, as long as everyone is fine with being squished.
Are there steps to get inside?
Two, with a handle to hold on the way up.
How early do you arrive?
45 to 60 minutes before your start time. Setup and teardown don’t count toward your rental hours, so you get the camper for the full time you booked.
Who runs the booth?
An attendant is there the whole time. Almost always, it’s one of us. Once in a while, a cousin helps out.
Are you insured?
Yes. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, ask, and we’ll send one.
Booking and Payment
How do I reserve my date?
Send us your date through the Check Your Date form. Once we confirm the camper is free, a 20% deposit holds your spot.
When is the rest due?
The day before your event.
What if I need to cancel or change my date?
The 20% deposit is nonrefundable. If your plans change, tell us as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to move you to a new date.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Not in Salt Lake, Davis or Utah County. For events farther out, tell us where and we’ll include travel in your quote.
Do you do multi-day events?
Yes, and we usually offer a discount for them. Send us your dates and we’ll put a quote together
Can I add more hours to a package?
Yes. Extra hours are $150 each. Tell us how long you need the camper when you send your date, and we’ll include it in your total.
How far ahead should I book?
Most people book 2 to 3 months out. If your event is sooner, still ask. When the camper is free, we’ll take last-minute dates. Send us your date, and we’ll reply the same day.
Photos and Props
How many prints to guests get?
As many as they want. Sessions are unlimited, and each one prints two 2×6 photo strips.
Do guests get digital copies?
Yes. Guests can enter their email at the booth, and their photos are sent as soon as our computer is connected to the internet. Sometimes that’s after the party.
How do we get all the photos?
We email the host a link to an online gallery of every photo within 24 to 48 hours.
Can the photo strip have our names, date or logo?
Yes. Two and three-hour packages include a simple logo design. The five-hour package includes a custom design, where we add a background or create something for your event if you don’t have artwork. We’ll ask for your details about two weeks ahead and send a proof for you to approve.
Can we bring our own props or pick a theme?
Yes. We’ve done Christmas setups, and hosts have brought props to match their own themes. Tell us what you have in mind.
Do you offer add-ons?
Not as a set menu right now. If there’s something you’d like to add, ask. We dream of having a s’mores bar in front of the camper, so let us know if there’s something extra you want! We’re open to figuring it out.
