Halloween is just around the corner, and it’s not too late to throw together a little spooky party with your family, friends, or a few neighbors.

Here are some ideas:

  1. Mad Scientist Party: This is great for tweens, teens, and heck, adults, too! You can do simple science experiments like making slime and plan fun food and drinks, too. We’re thinking green bubbly water, jello “shots,” or a cake in the shape of a brain. 🧠
  2. Murder Mystery Party: To save time, get a murder mystery board game or plan your own! You can choose your favorite time period and invite everyone to dress up from that era and plan food around it, too.
  3. Neighborhood Scavenger Hunt: If you don’t have as much time or energy to host an entire themed party with food and activities, opt to host a neighborhood scavenger hunt. Get your group and walk the neighborhood, checking off your scavenger hunt list. Include items like a black cat, pumpkins, a witch, etc.

Let us know how your spooky party goes!
